PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Located in Suwanee, Georgia, TerraBella Sugarloaf features the new construction of a 20,000 SF, two-story independent living residence with 24 modern units, designed to expand the community’s living options with comfort and accessibility in mind.
In addition to the new building, the project also included a 6,800 SF renovation of key amenity spaces—the Bistro, Library, and Mailroom. Renovation work encompassed upgraded finishes such as new paint, flooring, lighting, and custom millwork, along with electrical and plumbing modifications to support new food service equipment.
