Sterling Estates is a 93,500 SF, ninety-unit assisted living facility surrounded by six two-story cottages, housing a 2,000 SF independent living residence on each floor.

Macallan constructed 36,000 SF of two and three-bedroom duplexes, each with its own two-car garage, full-featured kitchens, hardwood floors, and covered porches.
